Military State: Senate to allow military to arrest Americans without cause.

By declaring the USA a battlefield, the Senate's Defense Authorization Act gives the military freedom to arrest and imprison Americans without charge or cause.

The sinking ship called The Constitution of the United States of America took on more water after the U.S. Senate approved a measure that allows the military to detain Americans without a warrant and without a trial. Under this incredible bill, the entire USA is declared a battle zone. Americans who anonymously browse the Internet or hold unpopular political or religious views could be put in jail faster than the can say “Uncle Sam.”

Found in the National Defense Authorization Bill Act (S.1867), the military gains the authority to detain Americans at will under the so-called “worldwide indefinite detention without charge or trial” clause. Despite being blatantly unconstitutional, the bill has robust support in the senate.

Legislative backing for tyranny

Big names including heavyweight Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, John McCain of Arizona and Carl Levin of Michigan support the illegal measure, giving Americans one more reason to fear their government. Vice President Joe Biden has also declared support for the oppressive measure.

They do it like this in China

Effectively reversing the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, this new Act makes it lawful (but not Constitutional) for the President to put Americans in jail without cause. This means anyone from political dissenters to possessors of 100-watt light bulbs could disappear in the middle of the day, just like they do in China.

Beyond murder

We already know that the Obama regime is willing to murder American citizens at will overseas, now they are fair game within the borders of their formerly-free country. The military soon can arrest anyone in the USA like it does in Afghanistan. People arrested need only be deemed a domestic threat, and they will never be seen or heard from again.

The Department of Homeland Security has already classified people as domestic terrorists for owning a gun, using binoculars, buying gold, spending cash and donating to charity; the new law will allow the government to act on those assessments.

Americans warned years ago

Readers of the website Infowars.com already knew of the plans to use the military to oppress American citizens. As far back as the 1990s, Alex Jones reported that domestic arrests were part of military training.

Attempt to make the law less-illegal

Senator Mark Udall of Colorado has sponsored an amendment to the illegal bill that would moderate the effects of the new illegal detention provisions of the defense authorization. Even if the Udall amendment passes, the nation faces serious violations of their Constitutional and human rights.
